In HONOR of Derek Prince who paid the price for this teaching, we thank the Lord for his life and this treasure.
The Blood
| Let the redeemed of the Lord say this - those he redeemed from the hands of the foe, | |
| 18 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver and gold that you were redemeed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, 19 on the contrary, it was the costly bloody sacrificial death of the Messiah, as of a lamb without defect or spot. | |
| In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace | |
| Cleanse me with hyssop and I will be clean; wash me and I will be whiter than snow. See also Leviticus 16 as this was how the blood was applied to the altar | |
| But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of his Son Yeshua (Yahusha) purifies us from all sin. | |
| For on this day, atonement will be made for you to purify you; you will be clean before Adonai from all your sins. - Sprinkled 7 times | |
| For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for yourselves; for it is the blood that makes atonement because of the life. | |
| 53 Then Yeshua (Yahusha) said to them, "Yes, indeed! I tell that unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life in yourselves. 54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life that is, I will raise up on the Last Day. 55 For my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I live in him. 57 Just as the living Father sent me, and I live through the Father, so also whoever eats this bread will live forever!" | |
| I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. | |
| Therefore, since we have now come to be considered righteous by means of his bloody sacrificial death, how much more will we be delivered through him from the anger of God's judgement! | |
| So too Yeshua (Yahusha) suffered death outside the gate, in order to make the people holy through his own blood. | |
| So, brothers, we have confidence (boldness) to use the way into the Holiest Place opened by the blood of Yeshua (Yahusha) | |
| 22 On the contrary, you have come to Mount Tziyon, that is, the city of the living God, heavenly Yerushalayim; to myriads of angels in festive assembly; 23 to a community of the firstborn whose names have been recorded in heaven; to a Judge who is God of everyone; to the spirits of righteous people who have been brought to the goal 24 to the mediator of a new covenant, Yeshua (Yahusha); and to the sprinkled blood that speaks beter things than that of Hevel (Abel). | |
